Augurya is an AI-powered quantitative trading infrastructure platform currently in development. This website (augurya.com) is operated by the Augurya founding team. We are not yet publicly launched.

When you join our early access waitlist, we collect: • Your email address (required) • A brief description of your trading setup (optional, if you choose to provide it) • Your GDPR consent timestamp and status • A privacy-preserving fingerprint of your IP address (we store a 12-character hash of your IP, not the raw address) • The URL that referred you to our page (if any) We do not collect your name, phone number, financial details, or any other personal information through this form.

We collect your email address solely to notify you when Augurya opens early access, and to send relevant product updates in the interim. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it for any purpose other than the one stated above.

We retain your email on the waitlist until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, your record is suppressed (so we send you nothing further) and held for a limited period (up to 12 months) for compliance and audit, then automatically anonymized so no personal data remains. You do not have to wait. You can erase your data immediately under GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure): use the "Delete my data permanently" option on the secure link in any email we send you, or email privacy@augurya.com.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under GDPR/UK GDPR: • Right to access: request a copy of the data we hold about you • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data • Right to erasure: delete your data immediately via the secure link in any email we send you, or email us (see above) • Right to withdraw consent: unsubscribe at any time (see below) • Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@augurya.com.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services. Standard server logs may record page visits for security and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not used for marketing.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to the database is restricted to the Augurya engineering team.

All commercial emails we send will include: • A clear identification of Augurya as the sender • A valid physical mailing address or registered agent address • A clear and working unsubscribe mechanism We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Augurya is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading adviser. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, a solicitation of investments, or an offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.
